• Two recent passport sized photographs<\/li>\n
• NADRA Birth Certificate or B-Form or copy of valid Passport<\/li>\n
• Copy of CNIC of the father\/guardian of the child<\/li>\n
• Most current report card<\/li>\n
• Photocopy of the passport, if a foreign national.<\/li>\n
• Receipt of paid registration fee (Rs 2000)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
