It is my pleasure to continue to serve in a leadership role as Branch Head of the ASAS International School F-10 branch. It has been more than 2 decades since I started my journey in the educational sector and I can surely say that I will always be a teacher at heart.<\/p>\n

I have worked at various educational institutions in leadership roles.The skills attained and ingrained during my association with the Australian Montessori Institute, founded by Dr. Maria Montessori, and the rigorous training sessions held as part of progressive training in educational leadership have really helped me in performing my duties beyond the call of duty. By pursuing such lifelong learning, I intend to be an example to students and teachers that we should never stop learning.\u2028My aim is to see my students excel and become productive human beings who have ample opportunity to become responsible citizens.\u2028My educational philosophy is based on my uncompromising belief that all students can learn, given a positive learning environment, strong and knowledgeable leadership, a committed and focused educational team, an encouraging community, and a supportive family, all of which the ASAS International School possesses. It is an honour for me to be the coordinator of the Pre-O levels of this prestigious institute. If I talk about my teaching career, I can proudly say that I have taught various grades with an experience of two decades. Over the course of my career, I have also been the section head for the middle section and the coordinator and subject leader of Biology and Science. I have a Masters degree in Biology from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/2″][vc_single_image image=”762″ img_size=”medium” alignment=”center”][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text]My professional qualifications include Bachelors of Science in Education, a Post-Graduate Certificate Course, Montessori Course, and have done various leadership and teacher training courses throughout my career. No doubt, learning is a lifelong process. Being the wife of an army officer, I have been to different stations and have been able to gain teaching as well as coordination experiences from different institutes. During the covid time, I also had an opportunity to take Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIEE) certifications from Microsoft. Being the coordinator of Asas International, my utmost goal is to develop a creative learning community in the school. We are thriving towards developing creative teaching and learning in our institute as a key to raising achievement, aspiration, and motivation. I am a member of the school\u2019s senior leadership team and work in collaboration for the betterment of our students. I was able to conduct various teaching training workshops for teachers as well as career counselling seminars for the students.
